Tonight at VICTORY HALL FROM 7PM-9PM, there will be a Public Meeting to review proposed options for regulating infill housing – this includes restrictions on heights, side yards, setbacks and lot coverage. Several options for the new control by-laws will be presented, similar to the site plan approvals currently in effect in the Villages of Port Credit and Streetsville. Those in attendance will choose the option they prefer.

Habitat for Humanity will also be in attendance to describe their plans for new homes on the old fire station property on Victory Crescent, land donated to them by the City to assist with affordable housing.

The Malton BIA will also have illustrations of the new Malton entrance signs soon to be installed in the Village.
